One of the most important variables that affect the quality of the 3d object to be printed, is the quality of the material used. Our materials have passed the test with the best result of our technicians. You can find below our products, from ABS to PLA, and special materials. The PLA (Polylactic Acid) is produced starting from starch and sugar cane and is biodegradable. Its main features are the availability of a wide range of colors, the resistance of the resulting objects and fewer problems in the printing process. The ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a thermoplastic polymer derived from petroleum used to produce durable and lightweight objects such as LEGO bricks. Main differences between materials in ABS and PLA. The main difference between the PLA filament and the ABS filament is that the ABS is produced from fossil fuels and the PLA is derived from biological resources, which make the PLA biodegradable plastic. When it comes to 3D printing, the main differences between these two materials are: PLA is a hard liquid and ABS is a crystallized liquid, which means that when the ABS is heated slowly transits from solid to liquid and the PLA transits directly from solid to liquid. The ABS is more flexible while the PLA is more rigid. The PLA is more polished than ABS.
